Philadelphia Research Consortium (PARC) is an initiative by ACVC within the Research & Advancement enterprise as a research forum for investigators to conduct research within the regional Philadelphia institutions in various aspects of cardiovascular medicine. PARC was founded in September 2014 recognizing the need for pivotal outcomes research within the Greater Philadelphia region across 5 medical college affiliated hospitals (University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson University, Drexel University, Temple University, and Cooper University), and 5 additional training hospitals (Einstein, Lankenau, Bryn Mawr, Chester-Crozer, and Deborah), in addition to multiple community hospitals within the greater city radius.
